DUC LE, MD
Duc is the CEO and Director of Investor Relations at Evidence-Based Capital, LLC.
As a co-founder and managing member, he actively participates in charting the course in the firm by using a data-driven approach for business-modeling, market-selection, and investor engagement. He ensures that our business strategy aligns with our investors' expectations. He has participated in the fundraising of over forty million dollars in syndication for multifamily properties.
Duc also manages his private real estate portfolio in San Diego and has over fifteen years of experience in the Southern California real estate market.
Duc graduated from the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center and continues to practice Hospitalist medicine in the greater San Diego area.
When he's not meeting with investors or viewing properties, he enjoys obstacle course racing, advocating for Healthy Living to reverse chronic disease, and listening to Audible books for personal growth.
Edward Cladera, MD
Ed is the CFO, Director of Acquisitions and Director of Operations at Evidence-Based Capital, LLC.
As a co-founder and managing member, he actively participates in applying data-driven strategies to identify select multifamily properties, deployment of funds, and optimizing our value-add model to consistently meet and exceed our investors' expectations. Capital preservation, consistent cash-on-cash returns, and strong end multipliers, while calculating a low-risk environment, is our prime directive.
Ed also manages his private real estate portfolio in San Diego and has over twenty years of experience in the real estate market, to include property management, real estate financing, and construction trades. Ed has participated in over one-hundred forty million dollars in syndicated multifamily property acquisitions.
Ed graduated from Michigan State University, College of Human Medicine and practices Hospitalist medicine in the San Diego area.
When he's not viewing properties or underwriting, he enjoys spending time with his family at Balboa Park or on the beach.
